Urologic Oncology and Robotic Surgery
Senior Director and Head, Uro Oncology & Robotic Surgery, Medanta The Medicity, Gurugram
A healthcare website transformation for a fellowship-trained uro-oncology and robotic surgery specialist, focused on clearer treatment pathways, stronger patient trust signals, and easier appointment access.
Overview
A specialist doctor website rebuilt around patient clarity.
This is a real healthcare client website project from the Sintyz portfolio. The relationship has continued for around two years, with the public case study currently focused on website structure and patient journey proof while traffic, lead, ranking, and testimonial metrics are pending verification.
The website rebuild was required because the old website carried valuable medical information, patient stories, treatment content, and credibility signals, but the presentation did not make that information easy to evaluate quickly on mobile. The new website reorganizes the same clinical authority into a clearer patient journey.
Old Website Analysis
Problem statement
The old website structure made important doctor credentials, hospital affiliation, treatments, videos, testimonials, and contact information compete for attention without a clear hierarchy.
Mobile users had to work harder to understand the fastest path to appointment support, treatment information, or doctor background.
The conversion flow was weak because booking, WhatsApp, contact, report-sharing, and treatment pathways were not organized as a structured funnel.
Treatment content existed, but the SEO hierarchy was not shaped around dedicated, high-intent patient pathways.
Calls to action were present but not consistently visible at the right decision points.
New Website Build
Solution overview
The new website was rebuilt as a mobile-first Next.js experience with a compact homepage hub, dedicated treatment pathways, appointment support actions, and clear doctor profile sections.
The page structure separates patient needs into simple routes: doctor profile, treatment information, robotic surgery guidance, patient videos, testimonials, and consultation support.
The visual system keeps the experience professional and medical, with white space, concise cards, visible CTAs, and trust signals that patients can scan quickly.
SEO readiness was improved by giving treatment themes and doctor credibility signals a more structured page hierarchy.
The appointment journey was strengthened through repeated access to call, WhatsApp, contact, and report-sharing actions.

Key Learnings
Healthcare websites need clarity before decoration.
Medical UX works best when patients can quickly understand expertise, location, treatment scope, and next step.
Trust-driven healthcare design should make credentials, patient stories, and treatment coverage easy to scan.
Specialist doctor websites need structured treatment presentation rather than a single broad information page.
Conversion-first doctor websites should keep appointment support visible without making the experience feel promotional.
