Refund Policy

We stand behind our healthcare website, SEO, and clinic growth work. This policy sets out clearly when refunds apply and how to request one.

1Overview

Sintyz aims to deliver high-quality healthcare website, SEO, and growth work with clear expectations. Because each engagement involves planning, time, resources, and production effort from the outset, this refund policy explains what is refundable and what is not before work begins.

2Advance Payments (Non-Refundable)

  • All projects require an advance payment (typically 50% of the agreed project value) before work commences.
  • This advance payment is strictly non-refundable once work has begun, as it covers the time spent on discovery, planning, design research, and initial deliverables.
  • By making an advance payment, you acknowledge and agree that this amount is earned by Sintyz upon commencement of work.

3Eligibility for a Refund

  • Sintyz fails to commence work within 14 business days of the agreed start date without prior notification or a valid reason.
  • A critical deliverable agreed upon in the written project proposal is not delivered and Sintyz is unable to remedy this within a reasonable period.
  • The project is cancelled by Sintyz without cause before any work has commenced — in which case the full advance will be refunded.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@sintyz.com within 7 days of the issue arising.

4Partial Refunds

  • If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced but before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.
  • The amount refunded will be calculated as: Total Amount Paid minus the value of work completed and delivered.
  • Sintyz will provide an itemised breakdown of work completed to justify the amount retained.
  • Partial refunds are processed within 14 business days of agreement on the final settlement amount.

5No Refund Scenarios

  • Change of mind after work has commenced or deliverables have been approved.
  • Dissatisfaction with the final result when the work was delivered in line with the agreed brief and revisions were offered but declined.
  • Delays caused by the client failing to provide required content, feedback, or approvals on time.
  • Issues arising from third-party services (hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways) outside Sintyz's control.
  • Completed and delivered projects where the client has taken ownership of files or gone live with the website.
  • Ongoing monthly services (SEO, maintenance) that have already been delivered for the billing period.

6Revision Policy

Before requesting a refund, clients are encouraged to utilise their included revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Sintyz is committed to working with clients to reach a satisfactory outcome. If you are unhappy with any deliverable, please raise your concern in writing and we will work to address it within the agreed scope.

7Cancellation of Ongoing Services

  • Ongoing monthly services, including clinic SEO, healthcare content updates, reputation support, and website maintenance plans, can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
  • No refunds are issued for the current billing period. The service will continue until the end of the paid period.
  • Upon cancellation, Sintyz will hand over any reports, credentials, or materials related to the ongoing work.

8Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about Sintyz work or this refund policy, please contact us first at contact@sintyz.com. We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction stated in our Terms and Conditions.

9How to Request a Refund

  • Send an email to contact@sintyz.com with the subject line: 'Refund Request – [Your Project Name]'.
  • Include your full name, project details, invoice number, reason for the refund request, and any supporting information.
  • Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 10 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
