1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at sintyz.com, requesting a quote, or engaging Sintyz for any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2Services

• Sintyz provides healthcare website design, clinic SEO, patient funnel systems, website redesign, reputation support, content systems, digital growth tools, and related services.
• All services are delivered as described in the individual project proposal or service agreement issued to the client.
• Sintyz reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue any service at its sole discretion.
• Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in the written proposal accepted by the client before work commences.

3Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate, complete, and timely clinic information, service details, doctor information, content, assets, and feedback required for project delivery.
• Avoiding the submission of patient medical records or sensitive patient health information through general project forms unless a separate secure workflow has been agreed.
• Ensuring you hold the rights to all content, images, logos, and materials submitted to Sintyz for use in your project.
• Designating a single point of contact for communication to avoid conflicting instructions.
• Timely review and approval of deliverables. Unreasonable delays in feedback that extend the project timeline may result in additional charges.

4Payment Terms

• All projects require a non-refundable advance payment (typically 50%) before work commences, as specified in your proposal.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final delivery of files or live website launch.
• For ongoing services (SEO, maintenance), invoices are issued monthly and are due within 7 days of the invoice date.
• Late payments may attract an interest charge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
• Sintyz reserves the right to pause or suspend work on any project where payment is overdue by more than 14 days.

5Intellectual Property

• Upon receipt of full and final payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables (website design, graphics, and content produced by Sintyz specifically for the project).
• Sintyz retains ownership of all proprietary frameworks, tools, templates, code libraries, and processes used in delivering services.
• Sintyz reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
• Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins, themes) are subject to their respective licence agreements and are not transferred to the client.

6Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business strategies, or sensitive data shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement. Sintyz will not disclose your project details, pricing, or business information to third parties without your written consent.

7Warranties and Disclaimers

• Sintyz warrants that services will be delivered with reasonable skill and care.
• We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes from SEO or digital marketing services, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
• The website is provided 'as is' after delivery. Sintyz is not liable for downtime, data loss, or security breaches caused by the client's hosting provider.
• We are not responsible for third-party plugin, theme, or API changes that affect website functionality after the warranty period.

8Limitation of Liability

Sintyz's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to its services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Sintyz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

9Termination

• Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days' written notice.
• Upon termination, the client is liable for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
• Advance payments are non-refundable. Any balance owed to Sintyz becomes immediately due upon termination.
• Sintyz will deliver all completed work to the client upon receipt of any outstanding payments.

10Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided by Sintyz shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

11Changes to These Terms

Sintyz reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Sintyz work, tools, or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
